Sinenow is an eSignature application used by various organizations to approve envelopes containing documents. The mobile app supports multiple organizations through a unified interface.

Different Roles in the application:
The application offers several roles including Admin, Sender, Recipient, Department Managers, Department Coordinators, and Billing Admin.

How users are registered to the Sinenow application:
Users are organization-specific. Admin users can add the users within their respective organization from the web application. Users will receive the welcome email with instructions to set the password, links to the web and mobile application.

How Sinenow application works:
1. Admin adds the users with different roles to the application.
2. Sender role users will create the envelopes by uploading 1 or multiple documents which needs the approval and add recipients to the envelope.
3. Recipients will receive email notifications, from where they can browse the envelope.
4. Recipients should add the signatures and initials to their profile before signing the documents.
5. Once the recipients review the documents, they can approve by signing the envelope or decline the envelope without signing.
6. Once all the recipients in an envelope are signed, the envelope will status will be marked as completed and the sender will receive email notification with the an attachment having the signed documents.

Mobile application specific functionalities:
The mobile application primarily focuses on specific functionalities such as
1. Displaying envelope counts with different statuses
2. Showing recent envelopes requiring action by the logged-in user.
3. Viewing/editing profile
4. Managing signatures and initials.
5. Review and approval/ decline of the documents.
All other functionalities are accessible solely via the web application.

How to use the Sinenow mobile application:
To log in, users must enter their organizations name and then their credentials in the login page. Upon successful login, the Home page presents the counts of envelopes with various statuses and lists the envelopes requiring the logged-in users action.
When a user decides to sign an envelope and clicks the Sign button, the app redirects them to a specific domain webpage where they can review and electronically sign the documents. Upon completion, the app redirects the user back to the Home page of the mobile application.
